How it Works
The App for Massage
The GrabMassage app allows you to book a massage session with your preferred therapist. You can choose to have the session at your location or at therapist’s that provides their location for service.

Download the App
Simply click on the download icon either on iOS or Android. You just need an email or mobile phone number to sign up an account with GrabMassage.
Browse Massage & Therapist
Start by selecting the type of massage you like to have. You may choose more than 1 type of massage. The app will identify the therapists that are rendering their services near your location. You can browse therapist’s profile and ratings. You then choose your therapist and preferred timing for your massage.
Await Your Therapist
The therapist will be alerted through the therapist’s app. Once the therapist accepts the service, you just need to sit back, relax and wait for the arrival of the therapist. If you prefer to have the massage at the therapist’s location, make sure you give yourself time for travel. You can communicate with the therapist if you have additional request beforehand.
Complete Your Service
The therapist is well-equipped with the necessary bed and tools. The therapist will start the session. Once session completes, the therapist will include all charges and additional charges to the final bill. You just need to accept and make the payment.

FAQ
Do I have to be vaccinated to use the service?
Yes, all customers are required to be fully vaccinated before taking the service. Note that our therapists have the right to refuse the service if a customer is not vaccinated. This is to protect themselves and other customers.
Are there any safety measures in place?
Our therapists are required to sanitise the bed before and after the service. Customer may require therapist to perform the sanitisation in front of them. The use of disposable such as bedsheet and facehold cover are also mandated.
What is required from a customer?
The therapist will prepare everything. What the therapist require is an open space of about 2.4m X 1.8m to perform the service.
Where are does your service covers?
Our therapists serve customers island-wide of Singapore. Therapists are allowed to choose the radius of service from their registered address. Customer will be able to find therapists that are able to serve in their area.
Who can take the service?
As we are a marketplace, we allow customer and therapist to match the service listed. The therapist can accept or reject a booking request. All records of the service are stored within our system to avoid misunderstanding. Sexual request will not be allowed and will be turnover to the authority if requested.
What kind of oil is used for the massage?
Under the therapist profile, he/she may list the type of oil being used for the service. Customer can also seek clarification with the therapist. Customer can also choose to perform the service without the use of oil.
Can I use the service with existing health condition or injury?
Kindly declare what is your existing health condition or injury so that the therapist can advise accordingly.
Can I request 2 therapist to come?
A customer can only enjoy more than 1 massage a time if he/she wants to. The customer can also book for a friend and enjoy a massage together. However, the customer has to make sure there is enough space to cater to 2 or more massages.
